The GEM Token Fund ISA Ltd. is a regulated investment fund which provides financing and liquidity facilities, primarily to issuers of digital assets. The Fund works closely with issuers to understand their aims and then engages with the issuer’s team and legal counsel to structure the solution that best fits the purpose. GEM Token Fund partners with institutional service providers to provide the tailored expertise necessary for each issuer to meet its distinct strategic goals.
The Fund is an incorporated segregated account of DigitalArray ISAC Ltd. and registered with the Bermuda Monetary Authority as a Professional Closed Fund under the Investment Funds Act (2006). The Fund’s investment manager is AI Global Strategies ISA, an alternative investment manager of traditional and digital asset funds. AI Global Strategies is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Exempt Reporting Advisor and regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Investment Business Act (2003).
